Terms and Conditions

You must read and agree to the conditions below before working with me. By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:*- I do NOT draw any hateful content.- I reserve the right to decline any commission request.- I reserve the right to the image, distribution, and use.- If the client desires to use the commissioned image for
commercial purposes or keep it private, a commercial license has
to be discussed and bought.

Commercial purposes: +100%- TAT is 2 days to 2 weeks depending on my squedule and complexity of commission. I allow up to any amount of revisions before colloring phase, after that only 3 revisions, more than will take charges of 5 USD.- Refunds allowed only before or during the sketching phase (I will refund all the payment 100% if I haven't start by 3 days or if I haven´t finished by 2 weeks since first payment)- I reserve the right to update the commission prices and information any time, however, an already agreed commission on a said budget won’t have its price changed.- All communication will be documented, either via email, social media, or discord and will be kept private.- The commission will be sent to the client in a high quality png file to their email. Any other format and quality that can be exported with Clip Studio Paint can be requested up to one week after completing the order at no additional cost, as long as I still have the source file.- After I deliver the artwork is your responsability to keep it safe and have backup, I can’t guarantee I’ll keep previous files.
